Betamall Money Back Guarantee covers most transactions on Betamall. Buyers can get their money back if an item didn’t arrive, is faulty or damaged, or doesn’t match the listing.
Betamall Money Back Guarantee applies when
- The buyer doesn’t receive an item
- The item received by the buyer doesn’t match the listing or photos
- The seller doesn’t fulfill their return policy
As a buyer, for your transaction to be eligible for Betamall Money Back Guarantee:
- You must complete and pay for your purchase on Betamall platform using payment method (approved by Betamall) at checkout
- You must meet the requirements specified in this policy, including taking action within the required time frames;
- The item may not be an excluded item or subject to any additional exclusions;

- Credit or Card Credit
2. Not covered:
- Items paid for where any part of the payment was completed outside of Betamall (such as bank transfer, cash, money orders, escrow services,... )

- Digital content, Intangible goods, Non-fungible tokens (NFTs) including physical items combined with or attached to NFTs

As a seller, for transactions where Betamall Money Back Guarantee applies:
You are responsible for delivering the item that was described in the listing, honoring the return policy, and providing a resolution when a buyer reports a problem with an order.
1. When the buyer doesn’t receive an item:
- The item arrived after the estimated arrival date 60 days
- If the item doesn't arrive at the address provided by the buyer at checkout or isn't made available for collection, the buyer is entitled to a full refund, including original shipping costs (if applicable).
2. When the buyer doesn’t match the listing or photos:
- Sellers are required to deliver items as described in their listings. If a buyer receives an incorrect item or if it arrives broken, damaged, or defective (without prior notice in the listing), they are eligible for a return and refund, regardless of the seller’s return policy.
- Buyers and sellers can agree on alternative solutions, like a full or partial refund with the buyer keeping the item, or a replacement instead of a refund.
- Both parties must adhere to all return requirements. If an item is returned, the seller is responsible for covering the return shipping costs.
3. When the seller doesn’t fulfill their return policy:
- If the listing indicates that the seller accepts returns, buyers can return an item for any reason, including if they simply change their mind ("remorse" returns).
- When a buyer requests a return within the seller's specified return policy, the seller is required to accept the item back and provide a full refund. However, the seller may choose not to refund the original shipping cost.
- If the seller’s listing does not offer returns, or if a remorse return request is made after the return window has closed, the seller has the option to accept or decline the return at their discretion. Should the seller agree to the return, it will be treated as though they had offered returns from the start.
- Both parties are responsible for following all applicable return guidelines. For remorse returns, the listing specifies who is responsible for covering the return shipping costs.

Buyers report to sellers if having any issues. The sellers respond to the buyer’s report. Sellers know their business best—by reaching out to them first they can try to resolve the issue before Betamall steps in.
2. Report for Betamall to review:
You’ll be eligible to report to Betamall platform in 48 hours after sending the original help request message to seller and the estimated delivery date window has passed. Once Betamall receive buyer’s report, we will step in to review the details.
3. Betamall will help you reach a resolution
If your order is eligible for Betamall Money Back Guarantee, buyer will be refunded for their purchase. Once the report is closed, you’ll receive an email confirmation.
