TRACK YOUR PACKAGE

When your order has shipped, we will send you a email with your tracking number. You can click on “Track shipment” to check the status of your order To track your package, simply use the tracking number provided in USPS tracking system or via this link:https://www.17track.net/en


CHANGE THE INFORMATION OF YOUR ORDER

If you realize you've made an error in your shipping information or purchase, please email us at support@betamall.comwithin 24 hours. Please check the order confirmation email sent immediately after placing your order to verify all details.


WHEN WILL I GET MY ORDER?

The delivery time to you as table below:

Estimated Delivery Date = Purchasing date + 2-5 business days (process for stocking) + Estimated shipping time (as below)


Location - Shipping time:

  • United States: 10-25 working days (usually 12-14 working days)
  • Canada, Europe: 15-40 working days
  • Australia, New Zealand: 15-45 working days
  • Mexico, Central and South America: 20-40 working days
  • Middle East: 20-40 working days

FREE RISK IN SHIPPING PROCESS

If for whatever reason your goods don't arrive within 60 days, you will be refunded 100% for that item. This is our promise to you! If there's a missing order, please let us know via support@betamall.com. We'll investigate (it usually takes 3-5 business days) and send you another one after we reach a conclusion.


WHAT HAPPENS IF WE CAN’T DELIVER YOUR PACKAGE

We notify automatically you via email. The undeliverable package is returned to us, and we’ll process your refund.


REFUND TIMES FOR UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES

You can expect a refund within 7 business days after the return is received. If you used your Paypal balance may require an additional 3 - 5 business days to process a refund. If you used a credit or debit card, refunds can take a bit longer - up to around 30 days.


SOME REASONS FOR UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES

An undeliverable status occurs for various reasons including, but not limited to:

  • The shipping address can’t be accessed due to the wrong address, missing information, or delivery restrictions (ex: correctional facility);
  • The shipment sustains damage before or during transit;
  • The shipping label becomes unreadable during transit;
  • The carrier makes three unsuccessful attempts to access your delivery address;
  • Customer/recipient refuses to accept package from carrier.

WRONG ADDRESS DISCLAIMER

It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure that she or he enters the address correctly. We cannot guarantee address changes due to strict shipping schedules. Please double-check the address you are entering, as we will NOT be held responsible for packages sent to the wrong address the buyer entered.

If the order arrives at your country and:

  • The customer refuses to accept the package
  • Number of attempts is made in the country of destination to deliver the package.

We reserve the right to abandon the package(s) and will not be responsible for any refund.
